RFCU Holds 50th Annual Meeting

(Medford, OR) - Rogue Federal Credit Union celebrated 50 years of excellence on Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at the Medford Armory. Over 450 members enjoyed the evening of food, live entertainment and prizes. Laura Vaughn of Central Point was the lucky winner of a 2006 Ford Mustang convertible. As Laura stated, "It pays to be a member of Rogue Federal Credit Union". The meeting was held to report the strength and growth of RFCU during 2006 and to elect five members to the Board of Directors.

Six nominees ran to fill the five vacant positions on the Board of Directors. Credit Union members elected the following members: Lynn Calhoun, retire principal of Phoenix Elementary School, Dave Bierwiler, Fire Chief for the City of Medford, Tim George, Deputy Chief of Police for the City of Medford, Tom Tangeman, retired OB/GYN Physician, and Mark Collins, Director of Finance for Asante.
