(Medford, OR) - Rogue Federal Credit Union will be holding its 50th Annual Meeting and Elections on Tuesday evening, May 22, 2007 at the Medford Armory. Registration begins at 5:30 pm with a salmon and tri-tip dinner served at 6:00 pm. Tickets are sold out for the event but members can still come into a branch to vote for the board of directors. The North Medford High School Jazz Band will be on hand providing the entertainment for the evening. There will also be many prize drawings including one lucky member drawn to win a 2006 Ford Mustang convertible.
Two new candidates and five incumbents will be running to fill the three open positions with three year terms and two open positions with on year terms. The new candidates include: John McCully, Audit Director for Schreiner, Legge and Co., CPA's, and Craig Kirkpatrick, VP of Sales and Marketing for Sabroso Company. The incumbenets running for another term are Lynn Calhoun who is a retired principal of Phoenix Elementary School, Dave Bierwiler, Fire Chief for the City of Medford, Tom Tangeman, a retired OB/GYN Physician, Mark Collins, Director of Finance for Asante, and Tim George, Deputy Chief of Police for the City of Medford.
All Rogue Federal Credit Union members are encouraged to vote for the Board of Directors. You may vote by going into any branch of Rogue Federal Credit Union between May 10 and May 17 or by attending the annual meeting if you have purchased tickets for the event.
