RFCU Breaks Ground for New Branch in Eagle Point

(Medford, OR) - "I'm very excited to be home," said Rogue Federal Credit Union's President and Chief Executive Officer, Gene Pelham, at the June 21st groundbreaking for Rogue Federal's Eagle Point location at Eagle Landing. With an expected open date in the spring of 2008, the Eagle Point location will be the seventh full service branch for Rogue Federal. It will be 3200 sq. ft. featuring a lot of glass, two drive-up windows and a drive-up ATM. Currently Rogue Federal has approximately 4,000 members in the Upper Rogue area.

Pelham, a graduate of Eagle Point High School, stated, "Eagle Point helped me to become what I am today". Rogue Federal's connection with Eagle Point doesn't stop with Pelham; three of the top executives also live in the comunity along with Jack Jones, who is a retired Eagle Point Junior High teacher and a 40-year member of Rogue Federal's board of directors. After years of requests for service by Eagle Point members, Rogue Federal is excited to finally be able to join the Eagle Point community.
