WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT? A credit union is a financial cooperative, owned by the members who use its services. Credit unions serve groups that have a common bond, such as where they work, live, or go to church. Credit unions are not-for-profit, and exist to provide a safe, convenient place for members to save money and acquire loans at reasonable rates.
Rogue Federal Credit Union has enjoyed a successful history from its 1956 beginning as a 10-teacher member based organization. With branches in Jackson, Josephine and Klamath Counties, Rogue Federal now serves over 48,000 members and has an asset base of over $484 million and a loan portfolio of $366 million.
Our mission is to provide exceptional experiences that build mutually beneficial relationships. Our vision is to have the most loyal members in the nation. Financial education and literacy are paramount to accomplishing such a vision. Therefore, we offer various free programs geared towards the community, youth and employees. These programs are open to members and potential members.
Rogue is committed to the community and the credit union movement, taking pride in being good citizens and very active members of the community. In addition to providing monetary support, Rogue participates in events throughout Southern Oregon. The staff volunteers many hours of service to the communities in which they live and work.
